AI Enablement Hub

Level up
for AI readiness.

The AI Enablement Hub helps organisations move up a five-stage AI maturity model. People learn through labs on their own real work and advance the moment their evidence clears three gates: evidence, in use, governance.

The AI maturity model

  1. 1AwareKnow the tools and where the risks sit.
  2. 2ExperimentingUse AI on real work, supervised.
  3. 3OperationalEmbedded in day-to-day motions.
  4. 4SystemicWorkflows and agents designed around it.

What the numbers mean

Belt levels

Foundation → White → Yellow → Applied → Lead → Green → Brown → Black.

Each belt maps to a stage of AI maturity. You advance when your evidence clears the gates, not when a course ends.

The three gates

Evidence · In use · Governance.

Evidence proves the capability. In use means the output is deployed in real work. Governance passes guardrails, evals, and human review.

Trust layer

Evals, guardrails, and human sign-off over every agent.

Model allowlisting, automated evals, and guardrails sit beneath every agent. Agents draft; people decide. Every score carries a written rationale and can be appealed.

Learn on real work

Role-based paths and live labs on your own campaigns — not classroom hypotheticals.

Advance on evidence

Every stage is earned: submissions reviewed by people and agents, with a written rationale.

Governed by a trust layer

Evals, guardrails, and human sign-off over every agent. Agents draft; people decide.
